This classroom set of 25 journals is an important resource for your children’s weekly LGEG experience. Youth will record observations from the garden as well as analyze information presented in the classroom during food tastings, instructional lessons and gardening activities. The garden journals are tools to encourage students to communicate through various writing conventions including narrative, descriptive, and expository. Journal use will encourage writing across academic disciplines in the content areas of science, math, social studies and health. Journals are a great accompaniment to the LGEG Manual.
This item contains 25 copies of the journals. For the full LGEG curriculum, see item JMG001.
